In the United States the prerogative is with WE THE PEOPLE. The people of our Land can use prerogative Writs to enforce the jurisdiction our Constitution, and laws made in pursuance thereof, have over the Judicial Branch = our Courts. People, in our Land, can use WRITS the same as the King did in England, and later by the people of England. It was a disregard for these Writs that gave cause for the American Revolution. See Declaration of Independence, 7-4-1776.
