Open-source releases
[edit]The article should probably mention the notable open-source security tools that he's released, such as p0f, skipfish, and ratproxy. Pushespretn (talk) 05:07, 22 April 2013 (UTC)
Deletion
[edit]IMHO clearly not notable enough for Wikipedia. The biography notability guidelines clearly state: "A person is presumed to be notable if he or she has been the subject of published secondary source material which is reliable, intellectually independent, and independent of the subject.". Zalewski does not meet these requirements. Googling for "Michał Zalewski" (not that this is any measure for notability) gives ~8k results. Delete. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.58.155.131 (talk) 21:05, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
- This is a piss poor stub with useless trivia, but subject's notability is rather easy to establish. If you are fond of Google searches, it might be prudent to try English transliteration. Mousepad9 (talk) 10:13, 14 December 2008 (UTC)

Name
[edit]What a strange name is this! 'lcamtuf'. Any ideas about its origin? -someone 217.91.47.231 11:20, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
- It was something like password in one of Lemmings games. Or part of it.
- It looks like part of password for 11th level on 'Tricky' difficulty of Oh No! More Lemmings - LCAMTUFPBR. source —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.194.154.88 (talk) 01:28, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

Pornography?
[edit]Interests include pornography? Any sources? Ljrmorgan 00:41, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
- From the author who brought you this edit, seems like an overkill to debate it ;-) --lcamtuf 14:02, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Where did he grow up?
[edit]Does anyone know where he spent his childhood? Also was he born in Poland? and when did he move to the United States? This would be helpful to add to the article as well. Thanks. -- Ϫ 03:28, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
- @OlEnglish, There are some details here that should help you stalk him if you're ever transported back in time: http://www.flickr.com/photos/asirap/2913126544/ Pushespretn (talk) 05:16, 22 April 2013 (UTC)
