Principally, see WP:MOS. tHe following things are wrong with the article:
- It uses TOC right for no reason
- The tables are in <pre> tags, they should be in Wiki table markup
- You should not sign your entries, since credit is recorded in the page history.
- In-line references proably ought to be external links
- It does not include enough information for users unfamiliar with the subject.
