WikiProject A1 Grand Prix was aimed at keeping up-to-date, accurate and consistent information about the new motorsport series A1 Grand Prix.

Introduction

The A1 Grand Prix series was a brand new motorsport series starting in 2005. It was based on a new concept whereby each car represents a country, and all cars are identical, so the winner will be decided by the best team/driver combination. Because it was new, it was a good opportunity to be able to standardise and produce good information about the series, the teams, drivers and people involved. But in 2009 A1 Grand Prix folded.
