Adiah. Born in the Netherlands, June 2 1954. Performed in the 80's as a poetess with the experimental group Drie Klank Poezie. Other members were Marianne Stel and Desiree van Dijk. Drie Klank Poezie performed all over Holland and Belgium. After four years Adiah went solo. Adiah published a book of poetry called 'The island across the bridge'. She made an anthology of women's poetry together with Maaike Meijer who is now professor at the University of Maastricht. Adiah wrote reviews, articles and stories that were published in several magazines and newspapers. Adiah worked for radiostations and is presently working on a lesbian novel with work titel: Added Value.
