Hi, welcome to Wikipedia, nice work on Thai Bangkaew Dog. But, although you credit the source, that's not enough for here. Either contributions have to be your own work, or you have to have full and explicit permission from the copyright holders to release their text and images under the GFDL. We can't have any copyright violations here. What's the situation in this case? Have you discussed the use of images and text with the copyright holders? Are they aware that us using this text means that anyone else can also use this text for any reason? Thanks and welcome again -- sannse (talk) 11:05, 10 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Hi Agibney, just to let you know I've listed the article as a copyright problem for now - let me know if we have full, free-use, permission and we can sort it out. Sorry for the difficultly. Regards -- sannse (talk) 12:00, 12 Feb 2005 (UTC)
I am the author of the article and photographer of all the pictures. I give full permission to use all of the pictures and text and I read all of the copyright information when I put it up there. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Agibney (talk • contribs)
- Thanks Agibney, sorry for the delay in seeing this - I've not had a chance to check my watchlist in days! I've restored the article - thanks for your work :) -- sannse (talk) 16:52, 19 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Could you confirm the copyright status of PuppiesJitti10.jpg? Is it licensed under the GFDL as preferred, or has permission been given only for it to be used on Wikipedia? Cheers --Pak21 00:22, 15 December 2005 (UTC)
