That the deceased Preston Smith is any more deserving of description in Wikipedia than the currently serving Preston Smith cannot be logically demonstrated. Although I am certain that the deceased Preston Smith was a fine person with many relatives and friends anxious to secure his place in history, he was nonetheless a minor figure.
