Hello, I'll be reviewing this article. I have no knowledge about this series so I guess is good for me being the reviewer.Tintor2 (talk) 14:40, 1 May 2021 (UTC)
- @Tintor2: all good. I would say that from an objective POV, Guilty Spark is one of the most recognizable elements of the Halo franchise, especially to most people who have some passing familiarity with video games pre-2010's. Haleth (talk) 06:37, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
- First of all the lead
- The lead simply meant to serve as an introduction to the character. The first paragraph could describe the character in the first game and give minor comments about his next appearance (he also appears in the sequels Halo 2), the second paragraph could focus on the creation of the character and voice acting while the third and final paragraph is okay.
- Rewritten the prose as suggested. Let me know if you are satisfied with it, or if there's still room for improvement.
- Design
- Wikilink Tim Dababo. Both lead and body require this links even if they are close
- Done.
- Appearances
- This is the first mention of Chief requires an explanation to who he is. Same with Halo. Try making it as easy to understand as possible to newcomers.
- I've rewritten the prose to expand upon the explanations as suggested.
- The novels are mentioned both in the game and the other media. I would leave it one section. Maybe it could be "In video games"
- Done
The rest seems quite easy to understand since it is real world information. Ping me once you are down with these issues and I'll pass it.Tintor2 (talk) 15:12, 1 May 2021 (UTC)
- Reception
- Forgot this. Kotaku, The Escapist, GameSpot lack wikilinks.
- Done.
- See also.
- Why is "HAL 9000" listed there? Seems a bit random. Maybe it would be good explaning who is HAL here and reception too.
- HAL 9000 is mentioned by one of the sources used in the reception section, but I suppose it is better to properly explain who HAL 9000 is in the prose. I guess the issue is that sometimes journalists don't properly explain any seminal works or concepts they reference in their writing.
@Haleth: I have addressed the issues highlighted by your comments. Please let me know if you've spotted any further issues that need my attention.
Passing the review.Tintor2 (talk) 13:42, 2 May 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Isn't this image here better? [1], Because it is transparent and more clear than the actual one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.149.121.239 (talk) 07:38, 5 June 2021 (UTC)
