I'm interested in observing how the information that is input into this space is filtered, what controls are put on it. Are open source principles at work here or is there a hierarchical organism that one has to accept & play by the rules. Is there room for the documentary aspects of information, apart from general popularity or public usage. How obscure is obscure?
